Industrial audiometry testing

The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 requires all employers to prevent, or reduce, risks of hearing loss in employees. Any business which has employees who are frequently exposed to noise louder than the first and second action levels of 80 and 85dB, must comply with the rules. Typically noise at work comes from machinery, but employees in industries as varied as food production, manufacturing, music/entertainment and many more, are all potentially at risk.
